What is image to PDF conversion?
Image to PDF conversion turns one or more image files, such as JPG or PNG photos, screenshots, and scans, into a single PDF document you can share, print, or store. Students, professionals, and small businesses use it to combine receipts, notes, ID photos, and scanned pages into one organized, portable file instead of sending images one by one.
How the Image to PDF converter works
- Step 1
Upload your images
Drag and drop your images anywhere on the page, or click Choose file to select them from your device. You can add up to 15 JPG, PNG, or WebP files at once, and add more images later with Add files.
- Step 2
Set the page order
Drag the images into the order you want, or use the arrows. The order you see is the PDF page order, so the first image becomes page one.
- Step 3
Convert, preview, and download
Click Convert to PDF to stitch the images into a single PDF. Preview the result page by page, zoom in to check each image, then download the PDF, ready to email, print, or save to Google Drive.
Why use Eliten’s Image to PDF converter
Combine multiple images into one PDF
Turn multiple JPGs, screenshots, or phone photos into one PDF file that’s easier to submit, email, or archive than a folder of separate images. Photos pile up fast: Rise Above Research forecasts that the number of photos taken worldwide will approach 2.5 trillion a year by 2030, most of them on smartphones.
Works on any device with an internet connection
The converter runs entirely in your browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, and phones, including iPhone, so you can convert JPG to PDF online from whatever device you’re using. There’s no app to download and nothing to update.
Part of an all-in-one AI workspace
The Image to PDF converter sits alongside Eliten’s other PDF tools and AI text tools. Once your PDF is ready, you can edit it, merge it with other files, or convert it to Word without switching apps.
Image quality, file security & privacy
Each image becomes one page of the PDF, in the order you set, so the finished file keeps your photos together in a single document that looks the same on any device.
Converting a photo of a document to PDF doesn’t make its text selectable: the PDF still contains a picture of the page. To search or copy that text, open the PDF in Eliten’s recognize text tool, which uses OCR (optical character recognition).
Image files go through secure image handling during conversion and are never used to train models.
